## An Immersive Experience, Just for Your Gut

Most care unfolds gradually: one visit at a time, spread across months, which is an ideal route for most. However, the VIP Intensive gives you something different: a single day (plus hand-holding prep work) where your gut gets my full, undivided attention.

The groundwork happens before you arrive, so none of our time together is spent reviewing reports or stalled by missing information. That means real time for what actually matters: understanding your gut, building an individualized plan together, and leaving with a comprehensive plan you can rely on.

## Who's This For?

This is an immersive, time-intensive way to build your plan when time is limited : more time together in one sitting, more hand-holding through the process, and more support after the visit so you can actually take your plan and run with it.

It's a great fit if you're a busy person who can't easily fit in several shorter visits over months, or if you're travelling from outside BC/Victoria and want to make the most of the trip.

This isn't a promise of "one and done." Chronic gut symptoms take ongoing care to manage well (and don't worry there's support for that too).

What this format gives you is an experience that gives you the clarity you've been searching for and a personalized plan, built intentionally, with resources to help you carry it forward.

Phase 1

All of this is in Dr. Lovink's hands a few days before your appointment, so your visit time goes entirely to assessments & treatment planning.

Phase 2

### Your 3-Hour Visit in Victoria

A physical exam

Your motility plan, built together using a clear decision tree

Hands on support with curating your daily routines to support your gut-brain communication and motility

Feedback on your food tracking, with individualized dietary recommendations

Guided breathwork and meditation together, to help regulate your nervous system and pelvic floor

Phase 3

### What You Take Home

A full Gut Care Roadmap package, customized to you

Your written motility plan and decision tree

A dietary plan, tailored to your unique needs & preferences

When appropriate, a letter you can bring to your doctor or another provider to support further assessment or referral

## The Investment

$1,200 CAD

This covers your full prep phase, your 3-hour visit, and your complete take-home plan.

If you're a BC resident, follow-up visits after your intensive are available at an alumni rate.

## How It Works

Every VIP Intensive starts with a Discovery Call : a short conversation to make sure it's the right fit before you book.

From there, you'll move through the prep phase, your in-person visit in Victoria, and leave with your complete plan.
